Our people genuinely enjoy what they do and take pride in it. \u00a0If you seek a challenging, exciting, and creative marketing role &#8212; while working with talented and passionate people &#8212; this might be the position for you.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a\u00a0<strong>part-time Marketing Associate to work within our college marketing group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">JOB DESCRIPTION\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Work closely with the College Marketing Manager to create and develop both marketing strategies, to drive brand awareness on top U.S. college campuses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of key messages for all audiences to communicate our core brand identity.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in providing monthly reporting to senior executives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop media packs and giveaways for campus outreach.<\/li>\n<li>Provides liaison support between the company and on-campus interns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with campus administrators.<\/li>\n<li>Research editorial opportunities and assist in building relationships with key industry media.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in the development of promotional strategies and product development.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in recruitment of remote College Marketing Interns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Communications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies.<\/li>\n<li>Write press releases, company newsletters, copy for marketing materials, brochures, web content, advertisements, and other related material.<\/li>\n<li>Update company news and headlines on the college intern intranet site.<\/li>\n<li>Translation of materials into other media.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">RELATIONSHIPS AND ROLES\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate ability to interact and coordinate with all company employees.<\/li>\n<li>Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the students&#8217; needs, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and proactively, and demonstrate high integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Work Related<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to quickly develop expert knowledge of the product (GMAT, LSAT, and GRE).<\/li>\n<li>Able to understand the demands, needs, satisfaction, etc., of the consumers.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to understand customer and market dynamics, requirements, and needs.<\/li>\n<li>2 years of marketing experience preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Very, very strong writing skills (will need to submit writing sample).<\/li>\n<li>Personal.<\/li>\n<li>Self-confident, motivated, initiative, challenger.<\/li>\n<li>Strong at time management.<\/li>\n<li>Creative.
