Or, as a noun,  <a href=\"\/\/dictionary.reference.com\/browse\/gibe\">gibes<\/A> are insults.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>After putting up with my lab partner&#8217;s <em>gibes<\/em> for the entire length of the project, I requested a less asinine classmate for the next semester&#8217;s project.
