However, many mnemonics are pretty cheesy &#8212; often involving the kind of jokes some people call &#8220;groaners.&#8221; For instance&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/\/dictionary.reference.com\/browse\/georgic\">Georgic<\/a> means agricultural, or can be a noun referring to a poem on rural life. (As such, the word has a positive connotation.)<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the mnemonic:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>George is always going on and on about how he wants to be a shepherd. And sure enough, this vacation he invited us on \u201c look at the meadow! The sheep! The picturesque cottage!
