Matt Sherman began teaching the LSAT in 2003 while completing the final year of his bachelors degree at the University of Washington. From 2003-2007 Matt taught classes for a leading test preparation company and was privileged to teach students at campuses across the country. He now resides and teaches in San Diego, California.
From 2007 to 2009 Matt designed the curriculum for and ran a San Diego-based LSAT preparation company. When that company was acquired by a competing LSAT prep program Matt took a break from the LSAT and spent 9 months interning at a winery. Viticulture and oenology remain hobbies for now.
In late 2009 Matt joined Manhattan Prep as the company expanded to include GMAT, LSAT, and GRE course offerings. In addition to teaching LSAT classes, he contributed to the LSAT curriculum and managed LSAT marketing, first in California and then nationwide.
In 2015 Matt transitioned to the lead role in LSAT curriculum as LSAT Academics Manager.
