Re: Q5 - Recently, highly skilled workers in Eastern Europe

I dont agree with WaltGrace's post about answer choice C. I interpreted the response as very relevant to the conclusion. To me, the conclusion is an explanation of why some skilled workers remained where they are when others have emigrated. The explanation is simply that those who have stayed did so...

Re: Q23

The answer is A because the author is not mild. His criticism is strong; He says "...AS THOUGH Victorian charity CAN ONLY be understood as an antecedent to the era of state sponsored charity. This assumption is TYPICAL of the whig FALLACY...INFERIOR PRELUDE TO AN ENLIGHTENED PRESENT... IT COULD...

Re: Q6 - One test to determine whether a person

To clear up why B is wrong, just check the negation test. Localized skin irritations are not a characteristic symptom of tuberculosis in most people. This doesnt get at the injection first of all, so we dont care whether its characteristic of just having tuberculosis, because the conclusion is about...

Re: Q20 - Railroad spokesperson: Of course it is a difficult

I have a problem with B. It doesnt crush the argument. Just because nobody will refuse to travel based on dissatisfaction, doesnt mean they will travel on it at all, nor does it mean they will not consider satisfaction levels when deciding on transportation. They just wont let it be the deciding fac...

Re: Q17 - The difference between manners

Can one of the detail creeps help with this, because E is correct imo. Could means possibility or might, so when E says could not, it doesnt necessarily mean never or cannot, it could mean possibly not or might not, so the answer choice could be interpreted validly as stating; what is social in natu...

Re: Q21 - Ethicist: A person who treats

can one of the instructors please explain this problem, I initially tried to diagram it but found that unhelpful and so I skipped and came back to it at the end with about 1.3 minutes left, yet still couldn't get my head around it. How should I approach this problem? Ohthatpatrick

Re: Q17 - G: The group of works

This is so annoying so I will say this: In an alternate universe, if I had chose answer choice B, one of these instructor persons would have said, you cannot just assume admission price suggests bias, different art forms can reasonably be subjected to differing costs to exhibit, or a million other r...
