CAT Exams expiring

Hello,

I'm in the middle of studying for the GMAT but the access to my CAT exams is up on 9/22/12. I plan on taking the test in October, is there any way to extend the expiration date?

It seems like the access was extended for a few weeks, and now I no longer have access to the classes and the exams. I was planning on taking the GMAT in October, but now its looking more like mid/late November. Work got really busy so I had to postpone my exam. Could it please be extended again? I'm at the tail end of my studying and only have a few classes remaining.

I tried calling several times and there is no answer. My test is coming up at the end of the month and the loss of access is making it extremely difficult to finish studying. Could I please have an extension for another month? I'm upto class #7 at this point.
