I'am confused about "more than" in (C)
I think it is usually used like more adj/adv ... than ...
so can u explain the phrase "more than" is a conjunction or adj or others here in (C)

hey
please explain for me why
can't just the word "opened" in (B) and (C) be viewed as intransitive verb and so it is parallel to "was rebuilt" ?
