Word Problems Ch. 5 Question 12-14
I am so confused about this standard deviation problems. I read the characteristics but there are no formulas, strategy, or guidelines to solve the standard deviation problems.

Hey Joshua,
The only things you need to know about SD are the percentages listed in the chapter. Those answer all 4 of these questions, so I'm not sure where the confusion is. It's good news that there are no equations or formulas to learn. All you need to know is 34, 34, 14, 14, 2, 2 (and that 1/1000 for how much is 3SD away). That's it!
