5lb Practice book, Chapter 14, Problem # 11

The answer given is 25 however I feel that there is a mistake because the question can be simplified as a/b where a= 1/1 and b=1/5^-2
On simplification we get a=1 and b=25
So shouldn't the answer be 1/25 and not 25?
Please help.

Hey Psychokiller,

Yes, you're absolutely right. You can see in the explanation that they've actually changed the location of the fraction bars, which is why the result is different. There must have been confusion somewhere along the line. It will be corrected!
