In the sport of mixed martial arts (MMA), more than 30% of all fighters are skilled in both the Muy Thai and
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu styles of fighting. 20% of the fighters who are not skilled in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are skilled in
Muy Thai. 60% of all fighters are skilled in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

a.The percent of fighters who are skilled in Muy Thai

how to find that 8% r skilled in mui thai?
is there any simple method besides this?

Any simple method besides what? You didn't say a method.

In this case, we've been told that 40% are NOT skilled in BJJ. We're told that 20% of those people are skilled in Muy Thai. 20% of 40% is 8%. We already knew that 30% of people were both, so that adds up to 38%.

You could also set up a chart like so:

MT Not MT Total

JJ 30%+ 30%- 60%

Not JJ 8% 32% 40%

Total 38%+ 62%- 100%
