I got a warning on my Lsat, how will it affect me?

So when I was writing the Lsat I had issues opening the packet ( breaking the seal) I asked a Procter to do so for me. She then opens the booklet and takes out the answer sheet. She proceeds to direct me to fill out the basic information on the sheet. A few minutes go by and another Procter issues me a warning. The warning was because I did not close the packet the other ...

I need help with ruling out "D". I chose "D" and I don't think I read Choice E; otherwise I ,ay have been tempted into "E".

For "D" my support for "informal observations of non trial uses" comes from Lines 46 when the author brings up an analogy to politicians where the strategy seems to work. The "CONTROLLED studies" refers to the court simulations; it is controlled meaning that it is a lab experiment and ...

Q19

I don't understand why answer choice C can't be the right answer?

Because, Jasmine gets off the van before Fundy and that leads Greg to getting off the van before Simcoe. So technically the last rule is still satisfied.

I understand why E is the right answer but I cannot get why C is wrong.

Q20

Hi! So when I made the "scale" for this passage, I had on one side: Fractal geometry is a new theory that's super cool and has many applications and on the other side: Fractal geometry won't last unless it can start proving theories. I had the author supporting the first side.

Because of this, I was stuck between answer choices B & C and ultimately chose C because I thought that's what the author would ...

Don't konw why A is the right answer. In this question I eliminate all answer choices.

A says that "followed by specific examples illustrating the problem". Are there any examples in the second paragraph? Or, we regard "People's opinions about......" or "Does a government office,....." as example? :?:

How to weaken Anti-causal arguments

Hi,

How do we approach anti-causal arguments? I used to believe that I can just simply reverse the way I weaken correlation-causation arguments in order to weaken the argument that denies a causal relationship based on a correlation/phenomenon. In other words, I'd establish covariation between the cause and the effect in order to argue there IS a causality. However, I also noticed that often LSAT tests those anti-causal arguments from a false comparison perspective, in ...

Flaw Questions - Assumptions Answer Choices

In flaw questions, do assumptions answer choices have to be "necessary" assumptions to be the correct answer? Can "sufficient" assumptions answer choices also be the correct answer?

It seems that if the answer was about sufficient assumptions, it'd be incorrect. Is it because for an argument to connect with its premise, you only need "necessary" assumptions rather than "sufficient" ones?

Q14

Which one of the following is a complete/accurate list of the positions in which the tunnel could be placed?

In my board, I brute forced a few boards for the sake of prior work and had one board of WZVSTR. In also having boards that showed T as 6th, 4th, 2nd and 1st, I chose the answer that most emulated my boards, (E). The key is saying the correc answer is (C) 1st, 2nd, 3rd, ...

Q23

I was stuck between answer choices (A) and (E). I ended up choosing (A) because I felt like the last paragraph did more to attack the premise stated in the first paragraph. Can someone explain why (E) was a better answer?
