Q5 - A famous artist once claimed

Ok, I know this is #5, but this is definitely not a #5 question, even for a 2nd section of LR. It felt super easy while I was reviewing, but I was pretty thrown off by a few of these questions in the very beginning. In general, there seems to be a shift in LR after PT 65 where some of these earlier questions are much trickier than past PTs. Anyone else get that as ...

Q20 - Experienced gardeners advise against planting snap pea

This is a parallel reasoning question.
For this type of question, I try to go through the answer choices to see if they have matching premises and conclusions, first. After eliminating those that don't match, if there is still uncertainty, I try to make an abstract structure from the stimulus and apply it to those answer choices left.

First thing that I noticed from the stimulus is "unlikely" from the conclusion. This indicates a level ...

Q26 - Farmer: Crops genetically engineered

I'm having difficulty understanding why (A) is correct.

Couldn't (C) also be correct? Here's my appoarch for this question.

P1: Crops genetically engineered (GE) do not need to be sprayed w/insecticides.
P2: spraying insecticides harms wildlife
C: using GE more widely is likely to help wildlife populations to recover.

So the anti-conclusion would be: using GE more widely will NOT help wildlife populations to recover.

WHY? The switch to GE will NOT stop the use ...

I found this passage really difficult because many of the sentences seemed to be written in such an abstract way making it difficult to draw the relevant connections before turning to the questions. But here it goes...Please feel free to correct me on this!!

I do not sense a scale in this passage. It seems ...
