Problems with Blackboard Videos

I just began my MLSAT Intereact and went to look at a review video and I got nothing. I went and made all the necessary changes to my security and updated my java and when I click it either takes me to a blank page and to a support page and I get no indication that anything it even trying to download. I am on a Mac with 10.8.4 and read and followed the instructions and still got nothing. I really hope I can watch these videos at some point. Any suggestions?
