Tips to wake up early

by itador26 Sun May 11, 2025 6:55 am

I'm working on becoming an early riser because I'm preparing for an exam that requires me to study at least 8-10 hours a day. I typically go to bed around 11 PM. I'm not on any social media except Reddit, so I don’t have issues with late-night social media scrolling. I also have a history of insomnia. I'm aiming for getting up at 4 am so that I start my study schedule around 4:30 am.

For those who have successfully made a habit of waking up early, what tips or strategies helped you the most?

Building a calming wind-down routine really helped me, oddly enough, experimenting with British tea sandwich recipes in the evening gave me something relaxing and screen-free to look forward to.
