I was down to A and D for this one but picked D over A. Is D wrong because researchers are not seeking to develop equipment but rather looking to redesign the two pumps?

Q28

I was down to B and D here. But ended up picking B because lines 48-50 state: "The resolution requires the President, in the absence of a declaration of war, to consult with Congress "in every possible instance"." And right after that the passage states that "...and to repor...

Q27

I correctly picked A for this question but D gave me a little trouble so I wanted to check my reasoning. I ultimately picked A because I thought A was better than D. I eliminated D because the passage didn't explicitly state that Cambodia was the reason for the turning point in Congress's tolerance ...

Re: Q15 - A person's dietary consumption

I correctly picked C as the answer for this question. but I'm wondering why A is wrong. The stimulus says - Serum cholestrol levels rise proportionately to increased cholestrol and fat consumption" so then why can't the threshold be lowered by lowering the dietary consumption of cholestrol and ...

Q25

I eliminated A, C, and D right off the bat for this one. But then had a little trouble between B and E. I picked B based on the third paragraph's treatment of the English commitment to the omnipotence of their parliament and its representatives. WHy is this incorrect?

Q9

I had a hard time picking out an answer for this question. I eliminated C and D right off the bat and then was down to choosing between A, B, and E. I eventually went with E because except the first paragraph that sets up the discussion that is to follow, the whole passage talks about the specific r...
