Re: Q16 - Political scientist: The dissemination of

Hey fellow LSATers, Can someone please explain to me how answer choice "E" is right and more specifically how answer choice choice"B" is wrong? This is an assumption question and based off of the stimulus it seems as though "E" is merely restating the premise ("all...

Q7 - When the famous art collector

Im having difficultly understanding this problem, specifically why "C" is correct and "D" wrong.
From my understanding, this seems to be a part to whole flaw in the stimulus. So how come is "C" is a better answer choice than "D"
Your help is appreciated.

Re: Q12 - Paleontologist: Pleosiosauromorphs were gigantic

If "D" didnt have the word "most" in it, would it be valid. Is that "word" most the only way to disqualify "D" or are there others ways pertaining to its "distances are specialized for long-distance swimming".?

Re: Q8 - Caldwell: The government recently

Im struggling to see how "E" is wrong and can conclusively be ruled out. I see why "A' is correct, but in regards to "E" dosent Caldwell assume that there are only 2 possible courses of action? What if the government demolished the naval base to build something for the good ...

Can someone please help me see why E is wrong? The arguments concludes that "such colonies will almost certainly be built and severe overcrowding on Earth relieved. " In making this conclusion, dosent this conclusion have to assume that some humans would want to move to the Moon? What if t...

Q15 - Copyright was originally the grant

Im having a bit of confusion on this problem. I was between B and E and ultimately choose E. How do you conclusively rule out B and choose E? I figured since the stimulus said "the opportunity to derive a reasonable financial reward for their works" B would have been the best answer. Any t...

Im really lost with this question and couldn't decide between A, D, and E. Why is A-D wrong? And why is E correct?
