Online Class Recordings

Hi--

The FAQs page of the online course states that if you miss a class or would like to review a certain lesson, you can watch recordings of your specific class via Blackboard Collaborate. However, I am unable to find the class recording. How do I access the recordings of my class?

Hi Cristina,

To access your online recordings please go to blackboard collaborate at http://www.blackboard.com/Platforms/Collaborate/Overview.aspx. You're going to log into the website using the same credentials you use to get into your student center, this is going to be the email you used to register an account plus the same password you choose. If you forget your log-in information, do not attempt to reset the blackboard account, please contact us instead by replying to this email.

When you've successfully logged in, click "My Recordings" on the top of the page. It'll be between "My Schedule" and "Profile." You'll have to change the start and end date so that the range those dates cover will include the specific session you want to watch. Session owner should be kept the same. Click "view the recordings" after you change the dates and you'll see the recordings available in that date range. Click the purple button with two arrows on it to play the recording.

You may need to install or update java for the application to work, but the program doesn't require anything special to run. If you run into any trouble, please contact our tech support at techsupport@manhattanprep.com or you can contact us by calling 212.721.7400. Hope this helps!

Hi Cristina,

I finished the in-person class a few months ago - am I still able to access the recordings? I tried clicking the link in your post, but it did not lead me to a sign-in site.

Hi Allison,

If you have taken one of our complete courses, you will have access to the online resources, including Interact on-demand class recordings, for nine months after your last session. They will be located in the Launch Your Online Syllabus portion of your Student Center.
