Rectangle Properties: HELP!

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help me in answering this question.
If a rectangle is cut diagionally ... does it form two 30, 60, 90 right triangles?

I'm not sure if I explained my question fully.take a rectangle and cut it diagionally. Are the two new triangles formed here take the form of a 30 60 90 degree right triangle. With this being said can we calculate the peremiter given the hypotonuse is 4 ....then the perimeter of the rectangle would ...

great answers everyone. i just had one question i was hoping someone could answer; i approached the question by taking the combined time ... 12 hours for R & S to complete the task (1 of each) so in essence i thought if we had two it would take 6 hours ... 3 it would take 3 hours ... and so fort...

I forgo to also mention the manhattan gmat's basic skills assessment test i scored an 18 out of 20 and my native tounge is english.

the first 5-7 questions very carefully thinking to myself, "if i answer the first 10 correct, my score cant possibly drop that much!" oh but it did!! I found myself sometimes reading the question over forgetting what they were asking, maybe fumbling with my multiplication nothing serious, ...

MGMAT CAT EXAM QUESTION: 7 TEAMS COMPETE IN A TRACT COMPETE

Can someone please explain this question in a little more detail... 7 teams compete in a track competition. If there are 20 events in the competition, no event ends in a tie, and no team wins more than 3 events, what is the minimum possible number of teams that won at least one event? 3 4 5 6 7
