This question is similar to someone saying "Can you tell me how to get better at quant?"
There's no simple answer. Data Interpretation is really no different from any other math on the GRE. To that extent, the work you do on FDP questions should correspond entirely to DI. The only difference is that the information is presented in a graph/chart and needs to be found, whereas in a traditional FDP question, the information is handed to you.
But there shouldn't be much need for lots of extra practice, because all the math you do is the same kind of math you do elsewhere. I don't have a collection of books to recommend outside of our books, not because I don't think there are other books that are good, but because you shouldn't need more than one book to prepare for DI, and we have one, and it's great! : )
