I am scared if my result will be released or not

I wrote my exam today, after i got my unofficial score displaced on screen and i needed to send it, i requested that i get the universities code in my bag, but i was declined. I did a manual search, sent to he schools. In order to be sure if i chose the right codes, i tore a very small piece of the green scratch paper given, i wrote down d uni codes. at my point of signing out, the admins collected it although gave me another clean paper to transfer the codes. My fear now is I dont know if they will use that against me after i left which may lead to cancellation of my score. i am in a great state of dillemma.

Thanks everyone, please i need reply and I promise to update all once the official score outcome (cancelled or released) is announced.
