Pie or Square question

by jasonstaub22 Sat Mar 01, 2014 7:43 am

Hi,

I have a question regarding the "Pie or Square" question on practice exam 6. The explanation operates under the assumption that the 120° angle is an angle at the center of the circle. However, isn't this an assumption that we are unable to make?

I look forward to your replies and best regards,

Jason

Hey Jason,

Great catch! We need to correct that. Thanks!

(Side note: Be careful how you're taking tests. You're pausing it a lot to finish on time, which doesn't simulate the real test. Also, any particular reason you're not ever doing verbal?)

Hi Tommy,

Glad to help!

The time is not an issue, I was simply doing other tasks simultaneously. I however did the first GRE prep test under real conditions and scored 170 on quant. As for the verbal, the masters (Saint Gallen) I'm applying to only takes into consideration the quant score.

Thanks for your help!
