Timed Out

On the actual test, do I have to exit the section in order to submit my answers? I took the Manhattan Prep sample GRE and got that I "timed out" in a section, but I answered all the questions and was checking work on a few problems. I want to make sure my answers will save on the GRE test day without me having to do anything extra.

On the real test, if you time out, you will not lose the answers to those questions you did answer. People time out all the time, and they definitely don't all get zeroes!
