This was a tough passage, and for this question, I was stuck between B and D. Could someone explain why D is the right answer is B is the wrong one?

Q21 - Some educators claim that

Some educators: cover basic subjects in depth so that students can explore on their own later.

Argument against this is made by saying that without understanding SIGNIFICANCE of a subject (ie, only study the basics) then self-study will be difficult.

Correct answer choice is D? Can you please help me make this connection?

Also, I was confused by this question because I wasn't sure if the "educators" referred to in the question means the initial ...

PT49,S4,Q16 Truth and Beauty

I'm struggling with this question.

-DTB -> MRBEST
MR - > MT
MR<-S->-BEST
Conclusion: DTB

I would normally create a chain and see how to get DTB as the outcome.
-MRBEST -> DTB

(A) because it agrees with -MRBEST -> DTB?

Should I still be working from wrong to right on formal logic questions. My gut tells me to build a chain and look for a match or contrapositive a match.

PT 58, S3, Q 19 The passage provides the most support...

I chose answer C based on POE of the other answer choices. However, I could not find support for it in the passage. The only mention of profit is when it comes to retained rights, and the choice supports a statement about transferring rights.

Q14 - People's political behavior frequently does not

Analyze the role.

The conclusion of this rather tricky argument is stated first: in terms of politics, people's actions often do not match their words. The proof is an involved example which itself concludes -- in the last sentence -- that voters reelect politicians whose behavior the voters don't like. The important thing to realize is that everything beyond the first sentence is an elaborate example of people not doing what they say. It leads ...
