PT60, S1, Q18 - Bus Driver: Had the garbage

I got the correct answer on the test, but upon reviewing it I was stumped between A and E, can someone please explain why E is the correct answer and A is not...thank you

(A) is about responsibility.

(E) is about being reprimanded.

The conclusion that it is your job to help justify is about whether the bus driver should be reprimanded. Thus, (E) is a better choice.

Read closely and compare (B) to (E). Then go back to the argument. The police report did not say that the collision was completely the other driver's fault, as (B) says. The police report merely confirmed that the bus driver was abiding by all regulations.

Notice the difference in language. This kind of thing is what this test is allllll about. :)
