Sure. First of all, if I'm doing this question, I've already done all the IF questions: Q20, 22, and 23.

From those questions I would just look at who I had previously seen as the first person in the chain and pick that answer.

So if you're not already in the habit of doing IF questions first, you might want to adopt that habit.

Otherwise, if we're doing this from scratch, I would start by asking, "Who do I know can't be the first in the chain?"

From the setup, we had this:
...[ ? ]
...........S ---> [ ? ]

So we know that neither R nor S can be first in the chain. Eliminate (C) and (D).

And then we had rules that said:
[ R/T ] ---> Q
[ T/U ] ---> P

So neither Q nor P can be first in the chain. Eliminate (A) and (B). Pick (E).
