When a question stem asks what a given person from the passage would be most likely to agree with, it's helpful to initially consider what information the passage gives us in terms of this person's point of view (POV).

If we remember easily, we might not need to look back at the passage, but it can be helpful to re-read the applicable sentences.

"most likely to agree" is similar to "inferred" / "implies" / "suggests" question stems.

They are NOT license to speculate. The correct answer is provable by finding a line reference. The incorrect answers almost always contain an ingredient that's out of scope or too extreme. Another common trap answer makes a comparison that the passage never made.

Here, if we review the applicable sentences, we'll find that lines 7-16 are our only ammunition for the owner's POV.

A) Nothing in those sentences about "market value".
B) "Always" is way too extreme, and there's nothing about "publishers".
C) Lines 9-12 addressed this.
D) "rewriting copyright law" is not discussed in 7-16, and "all possible situations" is extreme.
E) This is an unsupported comparison between profit from course packs and profit from other materials. "Profit" was not mentioned in 7-16.

So (C) is our answer, as it is the only answer that we can prove with a line reference.
