The Closer DVDIn its fifth season, The Closer continues to be an enjoyable and intelligent series
Mad Men DVDOdd, then, that
Mad Men, a superlative new AMC series now debuting its first season on DVD, actually takes its time to develop
its characters and some intriguing mysteries at the center of its focal man
The Vampire Diaries DVDThe Vampire Diaries raced through the plots in its first season. Episodes usually
ended on a cliffhanger, which would be quickly addressed in the next episode!
The Simpsons DVDThe Simpsons' first season was pretty much a mulligan season. Most of the character development is
totally off from what is going on currently.
Chuck DVDloved the
first season of Chuck. I say that and couple it with my thinking that it was ultimately a three-star series,
that I just happened to like very much. It ended with a whimper, but had enough in the episodes that made it
through the writers' strike at the time to make me keen for its return.
