  • University of Colorado Boulder (Ph.D.)

Andrea has been an instructor with Manhattan Prep since 2010 and is currently a Ph.D. student in accounting at the University of Colorado Boulder. With a perfect 800 GMAT score, she earned her MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business before moving to Colorado.

Andrea began tutoring during her time in college at Emory University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in economics and chemistry. She worked in consulting in her home state of Massachusetts for several years after college before deciding to head back to business school.

In her second year at Fuqua, Andrea spent significant time in front the classroom serving as the lead teaching assistant for courses in both accounting and finance. In addition to teaching live and online GMAT classes, she continues to spend additional time in front of the classroom teaching financial accounting to undergraduates at CU.

While Andrea enjoys the active outdoor lifestyle in Boulder, her loyalty to sports teams remains firmly rooted on the East Coast with the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots and Duke Blue Devils Basketball. When she is not watching sports, Andrea will most likely be found out on a run or bike ride or at a poker table.
