Clayton Faits holds a degree in theater from Tulane University, studied at the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and has a 174 LSAT score.

Clayton developed a love of teaching at the age of 14 as a volunteer at the New England Air Museum, leading school groups through hangars full of aircraft and artifacts. He continued working in museums after earning his bachelor’s degree, developing programs and managing a team at Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry for six years before attending law school. While at Northwestern, he continued to pursue teaching opportunities as a TA and moot court coach. He believes that lifelong teaching and learning, sharing knowledge, and helping others to reach their full potential are vital parts of the human experience.

A dedicated dabbler in many different hobbies, Clayton has been a full-time juggler, USFA-rated fencer, and part-time dialect coach. His favorite hobby is playing music, learning new instruments instead of mastering the ones he already plays. He lives in Chicago with his dog, Nessa, who loves tennis balls and hates squirrels.
