Daniel Fogel
Miami, FLGMAT, LSAT
- Claremont McKenna College
Daniel graduated cum laude with a degree in government and legal studies from Claremont McKenna College in 2011, and he has been helping students crush every standardized test under the sun since 2012. He earned a 179 on the LSAT and a 770 on the GMAT, both of which he teaches at Manhattan Prep.
A former top-ranked competitive Scrabble player, Daniel loves solving and teaching puzzles of all kinds. His favorite college class was formal logic, so he naturally gravitated toward the LSAT when he began working in the test prep industry. Fun fact: the word “LSAT” has five anagrams.
When he’s not teaching, you can find Daniel rock climbing, playing soccer, or slightly less proficiently jamming out on the saxophone. In 2013, he hiked 1,400 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail, and he grew the beard to prove it. Whether in the woods, at the gym, on the field, or in the classroom, Daniel prides himself on always wearing a smile on his face and bringing enthusiasm to whatever he does.
